"Marilyn sold my mother’s house in 1 day and the buyer was unable to even come to look at the home before putting a contract on it because Atlanta was shut down with an ice storm. He had faith in you. That one has never ceased to amaze me! When my husband became executor of a deceased business friend's estate, Marilyn again came to the rescue by selling the home as the sign was being affixed to the front yard. On top of that, she helped him with the sale of 216 acres on the back side of nowhere in almost record time. When our youngest child married and she and her husband wanted to see about selling his home and buying one together, you took the time to go up to their home and advise them on how to prepare for a sale. When our little family came here from Albania and needed to invest in a home rather than dropping $900 per month on rent, you came to the rescue by finding a beautiful, spacious home for them near our youngest daughter and it was handicapped accessible and newly renovated. Oh, yes, and you also helped an older friend of ours sell her home and move in to a retirement community with narry a hitch just last year.We have enjoyed every transaction and interaction with you and think of you as our family. You even picked my mother up and took her to the closing on her house and did the same for our friend who no longer was driving in Atlanta traffic.
